The $14.96M ETH ETF inflow on 10/21 (led by Grayscale Mini) did snap the 5-day outflow streak, but context matters: October still sits at ~$1.08B net outflows the heaviest month since launch and the very next session flipped back to -$110M+. One green day doesn’t reverse institutional caution
The whale rotation (~$159M BTC → ~$155M ETH) + BitMine staking another ~$390M (pushing their staked total to 5.23M ETH / ~86.5% of holdings) are clearer structural signals.
