Evernorth is rushing to complete the SPAC merger, and 473 million $XRP are about to move into Nasdaq.

The SPAC merger between Evernorth and Armada Acquisition Corp. II has been approved by shareholders, with the transaction expected to be completed on October 7, and officially listed on Nasdaq as XRPN on October 8.
