Altcoins: broader participation beyond a few leaders.
ETF flows: BTC selling pressure needs to ease.
So the safest interpretation is:
Capital is rotating, not necessarily entering.
Weak sectors are being abandoned while stronger/liquid assets attract the available liquidity. Until BTC and ETH create more upside room, chasing sudden small-cap pumps carries much higher risk.
And the final line is the most important: don't mistake a sector rotation for a new liquidity cycle.
