🔥 Will NFP Be Bullish or Bearish for $BTC & $ETH?
The answer isn't as simple as:
Strong jobs = bearish
Weak jobs = bullish
The market is more complicated.
🇺🇸 Strong NFP
→ Fed may have less reason to cut rates
→ Treasury yields can rise
→ USD can strengthen
→ Risk assets may come under pressure
Potentially bearish for BTC/ETH.
But...
🇺🇸 Moderately weak NFP
→ Rate-cut expectations increase
→ Yields may fall
→ Liquidity expectations improve
→ BTC/ETH can benefit
Potentially bullish.
However, an extremely weak NFP + rising unemployment can create recession fears.
Then the market may sell everything.
📌 The sweet spot for crypto:
Not too strong.
Not too weak.
A cooling but still healthy labor market can be the most favorable scenario for risk assets.
Tonight, don't just ask:
“Was NFP good or bad?”
Ask:
“What does NFP change about Fed policy expectations?”
That's where the real trade may be.
