这消息让我有种上一轮的熟悉感：行业又开始围着牌照谈扩张。
泰国SEC就八项衍生品业务规则草案征求意见，拟允许数字资产经营者无需另设公司申请相关牌照。这次重点是简化申请路径，不是业务已经放行。
我看这是合规扩容的积极信号：如果落地，可能降低现有经营者的组织成本，但还不能当成业务增量兑现。老玩家们，对这种牌照松绑有同样的熟悉感吗？
