早上这波反弹就一句话：“利空出尽 + 空头回补 + 美股带动”，不是新牛市。
加息25bp早被90%定价，靴子落地→“卖预期买事实”；前几天CLARITY法案卡壳、ETF流出把盘砸到7.5万，超卖严重，空头被轧、约1.85亿空单平仓。 同时10年美债从5%回落到4.93%、纳指+1.69%，风险偏好回血，BTC跟到7.64万、ETH站2400。
但成色虚：ETF还在净流出、量能没放大、点阵图仍鹰（年内还可能加），所以是下跌中继里的技术修复。7.7万—7.8万压着，站不回就不是反转；破7.5万继续洗杠杆。
