US New User Promotion Terms and Conditions

This promotion ("Promotion") is being offered by OKCoin USA Inc. d/b/a OKX ("OKX") to customers in the United States who sign up for a new account on the OKX platform (www.okx.com) through designated channels.
This promotion starts on May 19, 2025 at 12:00am PT and will continue until terminated by OKX (the "Promotion Period").
New customers on the OKX Platform who deposit $100 USD or more in a single transaction within 30 days of account opening will receive $10 in BTC ("Bonus1").
New customers on the OKX Platform who qualify for Bonus1 and trade $100 USD or more in a single transaction during the Promotion Period will receive $15 in BTC ("Bonus2").
Limit one (1) of each Bonus1 and Bonus2 per person (Bonus1 and Bonus2, collectively, "Bonuses").
This promotion is exclusively available to residents of the United States and its territories, where the OKX platform is available.
BTC amount is calculated at the time of disbursement and based on the spot market price of BTC at that time.

Customers must be fully verified to participate.
This promotion is on a first-come, first-served basis, and may be terminated by OKX, in part or completely, at any time with or without notice.
Any and all applicable taxes and all fees and additional expenses, including connection, installation, and/or service costs, related to acceptance and use of Bonuses are the sole responsibility of the individual Bonuses recipient.
Rewards will be distributed within 30 days after conditions are met and verified, and may be locked from trading or withdrawal for up to 30 days after receipt.
OKX reserves the right to interpret the terms and conditions of this promotion as it sees fit. It reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, exclude any participants from this promotion, and/or cancel this promotion without notice.
Any violation of these terms or the OKX U.S. Terms of Service at any time may disqualify such customer from this promotion. If disqualified, you agree: 1) to return the value of any Bonuses provided under this promotion; or 2) that we may deduct, offset, or otherwise claw back such value from your account.
