ETF is buying, the market is falling, so who is really dumping?
Brothers, this market situation is giving me a headache.

Brothers trying to bottom-fish get swept out as soon as they enter, any slight rebound is pressed back down, and the bulls are completely stunned. Many ask me: who is dumping?
