C) $ULTRA is issued by @libeara_ , a Singapore regulated tokenisation platform, spin-off and incubated by Standard Chartered. Based on info from $ULTRA is backed by T-bills fund from Wellington (Singapore). Price is $1.03 per $ULTRA; we are not able to verify this price, but a sanity check by looking at the days since the $ULTRA smart contract has been created, the T-bill rates during the period, a management fee charged, a price slightly less than $1.03 is reasonable.
Therefore we conclude the backing of $thBILL is trackable and transparent on chain.
