1. This campaign shall commence on June 1, 2025, 12:00 UTC and end on September 1, 2025, 12:00 UTС.

2. This promotion is applied to new or existing eligible OKX users from Russia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine.

3. Participants must complete KYC identity verification to participate and claim the rewards in this campaign. Check your status here. The campaign is only applicable to OKX Super and Diamond P2P Merchants. Check your status here.

4. Only trades made in UAH, AMD, GEL, KZT, and KGS currencies are eligible for this campaign.

5. Merchants must make at least 150 trades with a net volume of at least 70,000 USDT within 30 days starting on the 1st of each month to qualify for UAH and KZT reward tiers.

6. Merchants must make at least 100 trades with a net volume of at least 20,000 USDT within 30 days starting on the 1st of each month to qualify for KGS, AMD and GEL reward tiers.

7. Rewards will be distributed in the form of USDT. Winners will be selected in the first week of the following month and rewards will be credited within 14 days.

8. OKX reserves the right to disqualify users who engage in fraudulent or abusive activities during the campaign, including bulk account openings to earn more rewards and other activities related to illegal, fraudulent or harmful purposes.

9. OKX has the discretion to convert any rewards into platform vouchers or USDT of equivalent value. This may happen in cases where platform restrictions in certain jurisdictions cause participants to be ineligible for certain campaign rewards.

10. If any participant is found or deemed to be ineligible, prohibited or disqualified for this activity for any reason, OKX reserves the right to confiscate, withdraw or withhold any prizes, rewards or gifts at any time, or to recover such rewards and/or deduct the value of the used portion of such rewards from the winner’s OKX account in any currency in which the rewards have been paid and/or used.

11. Each OKX account shall be eligible to participate in the promotion once.

12. Sub-accounts will not be eligible to participate or receive any rewards.

13. OKX reserves the right to cancel the eligibility of any participant who engages in dishonest or abusive behavior in this activity, including but not limited to registering multiple accounts to obtain additional rewards, engaging in laundering trades, and any other activities related to illegal, fraudulent or harmful purposes. Serious cheating may result in your OKX membership status being downgraded, account frozen or termination of membership.

14. OKX reserves the right to interpret the terms and conditions of this promotion in a manner it deems appropriate, and reserves the right to change or modify these terms and conditions at any time.

19. Any and all applicable taxes and all fees and additional expenses, including connection, installation, and/or service costs, related to acceptance and use of the reward are the sole responsibility of the individual reward recipient.
