  • Resolution time: We strive to resolve all issues within 7 calendar days after receiving the full details of your issue.

  • Delays: If we’re unable to resolve your issue within 7 calendar days, we’ll keep you informed regarding the causes of such delay and provide an expected timeframe for updates.
