Activity Participation & Requirements

This campaign is being offered by the OKX entity on which you are onboarded as a customer under the OKX Terms of Service ("OKX"). The campaign runs from July 22, 2026 12:00 GMT+2 until July 29, 2026 12:00 GMT+2 (the "Activity Period").

1. Enrollment eligibility: This promotion is open to OKX users registered under OKX Europe Ltd, the OKX Europe Entity, who reside in Spain at the time of the campaign. Please refer to Reward Conditions below.

A. This campaign is only available to users who:

i. Reside in Spain.

ii. Completed KYC identity verification and have a verified account. Check your status here.

iii. Opt in to the campaign in the OKX app before making eligible transactions.

iv. Have activated their OKX Card before or during the Activity Period.

v. Use OKX Card for eligible USDG-funded transactions during the Activity Period.

2. Reward distribution

A. Boosted cashback rewards are credited to the user’s OKX Pay account automatically once each eligible transaction settles. Rewards are paid in USDG.

B. The boosted cashback is capped at 25 USDG per user.

3. Reward conditions

A. Refer to the requirements above, and complete the corresponding task to get the corresponding reward.

B. Transactions must be completed using the OKX Card and funded with USDG to qualify. Excluded merchant categories (MCCs) follow the standard OKX Card cashback program rules. Only fully settled transactions that are not cancelled, reversed or refunded will be counted towards eligible spend. If a purchase that earned cashback is later refunded, the associated cashback reward will be clawed back from your Pay account.

C. Each OKX account can only participate in one promotional campaign offered by OKX within the same time frame. If a qualified user enrolls in multiple promotional campaigns, they may only receive the reward from the last campaign that they enrolled in. We recommend that users do not join multiple campaigns during the same period.

4. General Guidelines

A. Please note that the value of the rewards may fluctuate and may not be equal in value at the time a recipient has the ability to withdraw. Prices of digital assets, including stablecoins, can and do fluctuate at any moment. Due to such price fluctuations, you may increase or lose value in your assets at any given moment.

B. During the promotion period, OKX Europe Ltd. will closely track the behaviour of participants to avoid any form of cheating or abnormal behaviour, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts, using other people's accounts, using other people's information to register accounts, false identity verification information, maliciously increasing trading data, engaging in laundering trades or wash trades, violating the terms and conditions of the campaign, violating local regulatory rules for transactions and any other campaigns related to illegal, fraudulent or harmful purposes. If any of the above acts are deemed to be discovered by OKX Europe Ltd. , OKX Europe Ltd. reserves the right to disqualify the participant from the reward, as well as terminate the program at any time and to interpret or modify the terms and conditions of this program at any time without prior notice.

C. In order to comply with local regulations, certain features may not be available in your region.

Terms & Conditions

THIS OKX PROMO IS NOT AVAILABLE TO YOU, AND YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE IF YOU ARE NOT RESIDING IN SPAIN AT THE MOMENT OF THE CAMPAIGN. OKX is the trading name of OKX Europe Ltd, a Malta-registered company that holds a MiCA CASP licence and is regulated by the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA).

1. Users who enter the rewards session landing page and participate herein agree that they have read and understood the Terms and Conditions of this rewards session.

2. Participation in this rewards session is restricted to the main account only. Sub-accounts are not eligible to participate. The earnings of sub-accounts will not be included in the calculation of the earnings of the main account.

3. Any and all applicable taxes and all fees and additional expenses, including connection, installation, and/or service costs, related to acceptance and use of the reward are the sole responsibility of the individual reward recipient.

4. Users from the following countries or regions (subject to verification information) may not be eligible to participate in this campaign: please refer to clause 3 of OKX's risk and compliance disclosure.

5. This campaign provides a promotional cashback rebate that is separate from the standard OKX Card cashback program. Promotional cashback is calculated based on eligible card transactions paid using USDG that qualify for base cashback and are fully settled during the campaign period. Rewards are paid in USDG to the user’s OKX Pay account automatically once the eligible transaction settles.

6. During the campaign period, OKX will closely track the behaviour of traders to avoid any form of cheating or abnormal behaviour, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts, using other people's accounts, using other people's information to register accounts, false KYC information, maliciously increasing trading data, engaging in laundering trades or wash trades, violating the terms and conditions of the campaign, violating local regulatory rules for transaction and any other activities related to illegal, fraudulent or harmful purposes. If any of the above acts are found, OKX reserves the right to disqualify the user from the reward.

7. This activity is not (i) investment advice or an investment recommendation; (ii) an offer or solicitation, to buy or sell crypto/digital assets; or (iii) financial, accounting, legal or tax advice. OKX reserves the right to determine and amend the rules of the campaign at any time without further notice, including but not limited to cancelling, extending or terminating this campaign, modifying the eligibility conditions for users participating in the campaign, and adjusting the campaign and reward rules. All participants shall be bound by these revised terms. Where practicable, OKX will endeavour to provide notice of material changes before they take effect. Where OKX exercises any discretion under these terms, it shall do so in a reasonable manner.

10. Card Issuance and Third-Party Terms

A. The OKX Card is issued by UAB Monavate, a company incorporated in Lithuania (Company Code: 305628001) and authorised by the Bank of Lithuania as an Electronic Money Institution (License No. LB002139). OKX acts as the Card Program manager.

B. Use of the OKX Card is subject to the OKX Cardholder Agreement provided by the card issuer. OKX is not responsible for the card issuer’s approval process or transaction processing.
