How do I download the OKX app?

Please be sure to get the download link through the official download page, select Android > Download FAQ > Copy APK download link, and paste the link in your phone browser to open it, and then complete the download and installation.

If the official link is temporarily unavailable, email Download OKX app to download@okx.com or contact official Support for the latest link.

Security warning: don't install the app from chat groups, search ads, cloud drives, third-party APK mirrors, or links sent by strangers. Verify that the website belongs to okx.com before downloading. If the page, package, developer information, permission requests, or sign-in flow looks suspicious, stop. Don't enter your password, verification code, seed phrase, or private key.

Method 2: Scan the QR code on the official website to download the OKX app

Open the OKX official website (https://www.okx.com), select the download icon in the upper right corner — Scan the QR code with your phone. (It is recommended to use a browser to scan the code)

Click Local Download > Standard Download or Download, then follow the instructions to complete the download and installation.

Important note

  • When you try downloading on different brands of Android phones, the download path and other details may vary. Please follow the corresponding prompts to complete the download and installation.

  • If you are not scanning the code with your mobile browser, you may need to tap the icon in the upper right corner, select Open in browser, then tap Local Download > Download and follow the instructions to complete the download and installation.

Installation issues and solutions for different mobile devices

After downloading the OKX app installation package, some Android phones may display warnings such as security risk or virus risk and prevent installation. You can follow the methods below to complete the installation.

  • Huawei phone Android version

When you see the security warning, select I understand that this app hasn't been tested and may pose a risk, then select Continue installing. Don't select Move to managed storage.

  • Huawei phone HarmonyOS version 4.0

Go to Settings > System & updates > Pure mode > Enhanced protection, then turn off Enhanced protection. Reinstall the OKX app. Once installation is complete, you can turn Enhanced protection back on.

  • Honor phone

First, connect to the internet and download the OKX App installation package. After the download is complete, disconnect Wi-Fi and mobile data to ensure your phone is offline (install the app while offline). Follow the on-screen instructions to continue the installation. Once the installation is successful, you can restore your phone's network connection.

  • Xiaomi phone

Try these steps first

  1. Go to Settings > Privacy & security > Security > Security Guard.

  2. Select the settings icon twice.

  3. Turn off Security Guard and Fraud Protection.

  4. Go to Phone Manager > Virus scan > Settings.

  5. Turn off Security Monitor.

  6. Try installing or updating the app again.

If the app still won't install

Turn off mobile data and Wi-Fi, then try installing the app again while your phone is offline.

If offline installation doesn't work

Turn off system optimization in Developer mode:

  1. Go to My device.

  2. Select the version number next to OS version several times to turn on Developer mode.

  3. Return to Settings, then go to More settings > Developer options.

  4. Find Turn on system optimization and turn it off.

  5. On the Important warning message, select Allow.

  6. Return to the installation file and continue installing.

  • OPPO phone

Turn on Airplane mode before installing the app to disconnect from all networks. Open File Manager and install the downloaded file. When installation is complete, turn off Airplane mode. Follow the same steps on OnePlus phones.

  • Telecommunications network

Under a telecommunications network, you can enable airplane mode and use Wi-Fi to download and install the OKX app.

  • Other methods

For other brands/types of Android phones, you can try the following methods to install the OKX app.

  • After the download is complete, turn off your network connection (Wi-Fi and mobile data) and disable Bluetooth. Then, use Quark browser or your phone’s built-in browser to install the app while offline.

    During installation, go to settings and switch the antivirus option to 360 or another supported antivirus.

  • Settings > Apps & Notifications > Permission Management > Security & Privacy > App Lock > Trust This App > Log in again, and the Risk warning will no longer appear.

  • After downloading the OKX app installation package, turn off all mobile data before installing.
