OKX Australia - Refer a Friend Program

Refer a friend under the terms & conditions of this program (the RAF Program), and both you and your friend can claim AUD$20 in BTC each (the Reward). See terms & conditions below.

Remember: to claim the Reward, you must go to either the Referral or Reward Centre page and click claim within 30 days.

Terms & conditions

1. The RAF Program is open to users of OKX Australia Pty Ltd. Users of other OKX entities are excluded. Sub-accounts are also excluded.

2. All requirements for the RAF Program (the Requirements), as set out in these Terms and Conditions, must be completed between 4:00pm AEST, 14th May 2024 to 23:59pm AEST, 31st July 2024 for you to be eligible for the Reward.

3. The Requirements for the RAF Program are as follows:

   1. Access your invitation link or code by logging in to your OKX account and going to More > Referral on www.okx.com, or the Referral Page on the OKX app.

   2. Share your invitation link or code with a friend who does not have an OKX account.

   3. Your friend must:

      1. use your invitation link or code to create an OKX account (with OKX Australia Pty Ltd);

      2. pass identity verification for that account; and

      3. buy AUD$100 or more of crypto in a single trade using the Buy or Convert function, within 14 days after creating the account.

4. If you meet the Requirements for the RAF Program, in accordance with these Terms & Conditions, both you and your referred friend will be eligible to receive the Reward of AUD$20 in BTC.

5. To claim the Reward:

   1. You must go to the Referral page and click claim within 30 days of the Requirements being completed.

   2. Your friend must go to the Reward Centre page and click claim within 30 days of the Requirements being completed.

6. You will only receive the Reward under the RAF Program once. If you refer more than one friend under the RAF Program, you will not receive an additional reward.

7. These terms & conditions form part of the OKX Terms of Service - Australia. If you do not comply with the OKX Terms of Service - Australia at any time, you will not be eligible to participate in the RAF Program and you, and your friend, will not receive the Reward.

8. We reserve the right to terminate the RAF Program at any time and to interpret or modify the terms and conditions of the RAF Program at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to exclude any participants from the RAF Program and/or cancel the RAF Program without notice.

9. The value of the Reward may fluctuate and may not be equal in value at the time a recipient has the ability to withdraw based on market fluctuation. Prices of digital assets, including stablecoins, can and do fluctuate at any moment.
