New advertiser sorting mechanism in the P2P marketplace


At OKX, we continue to strive for excellence in building a high-quality platform for our users through P2P services.

So here's more good news – starting 22 December 2022, we will advocate for quality advertisers by

changing the ad ranking order to the following:

Merchant Tier (Diamond, Super and Lite) > Quality of Advertiser > Price of Ad > Time of Ad Placement

Factors affecting the Quality of Advertiser include:

  • Order cancellation rate

  • Number of distinct individuals traded

  • Number of orders completed & order completion rate

  • Average token release time

  • Average payment time

  • Number of times blocked

  • Number of followers

  • Number of negative reviews
