The token sale of OKX Jumpstart Project GARI (Gari Token) will be launched on Jan. 18, 2022. The Allotment Session will open at 4:00 am UTC. This project is dedicated to South Asia. Only the following regions (according to KYC information) can participate in: India, Pakistan, Nepal, Bhutan, Sri Lanka, Maldives. The rules are as follows:
I. Participation Guide
Step 1: How to get a higher allotment amount
1. If you hold OKB for 3 consecutive days before the sale date, you will get more allotment coefficients to participate in the session;
2. Compared to buying a large amount of OKB before the beginning of the token sale, consistently holding OKB will guarantee higher allotment coefficients, thereby acquiring a higher actual allotment amount;
3. If the minimum OKB holding amount and average OKB holding amount correspond to different allotment coefficients, whichever the higher one will apply;
4. Default allotment coefficient is 1 for users without OKB positions and new users.

For example, User A with three days OKB Holdings: 50 OKB, 2,000 OKB, 3,950 OKB.
So the Minimum Holding within 3-day of User A is 50, corresponding Allotment Coefficient is 16.
The Average Holding within 3-day of User A is 2,000 ([50+2,000+3,950]/3), corresponding Allotment Coefficient is 20.
We will take the greatest number of the two, which for User A, the Allotment Coefficient is 20.
Step 2: How to Participate in the Token Sale
1. Only OKB is supported during the token sale;
2. Participants should pass the KYC Level 2 verification;
3. Token sale will last for 6 hours, there is no subscription limit before it ends;
4. Details such as individual subscription limits and exchange rate of each token sale will be announced in the OKX Jumpstart - GARI (Gari Token) Sale Details
Step 3: Allotment
Once the allotment period ends, tokens will be credited to users’ OKX Funding Account and the corresponding amount of OKB will be deducted. Any remaining amount of OKB on hold for subscription will be released.
II. Token Sale Details
1. Snapshot rules: we will randomly snapshot users’ OKB holding daily, including Funding Account, Trade Account, and Finance Account;
2. View your allotment coefficient: You can view your OKB snapshot records and individual allotment coefficient on the OKX Jumpstart’s events page;
3. Allotment Calculation
Allotment Session will follow the allotment formula below:

User A, B, C, and D wish to participate in the Allotment Session. Let’s assume their OKB holding snapshots are as follows:

According to the table above, the allotment coefficient of user A, B, C, and D will be 20, 1, 30, and 20 respectively. Let’s say the session supply is 2000 tokens, then the subscription amount of user A, B, C, and D will be 500, 50, 1000 and 1000 respectively. The allotment will be as follows:

III. Risk Warning
1. According to relevant regulations, users from the following regions (according to KYC information) cannot participate in the subscription: China, Hong Kong SAR, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Crimea, Sudan, Malaysia, Syria, USA [including all USA territories such as Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Island, and the US Virgin Islands (St. Croix, St. John, and St. Thomas)], Bangladesh, Bolivia, Ecuador, and Kyrgyzstan;
