How do I receive the Mystery Box?

1. Sign up for an OKX account on the OKX website or App
2. Login to your OKX account and make your first transaction of Buy crypto or Deposit within 30 days of registration:
   • Buy crypto: make a single purchase of at least $50 worth of crypto with fiat
   • Deposit: make a single deposit of at least $50 in crypto from other exchanges or personal wallets to your OKX account
3. Claim your Mystery Box on OKX App > User Center (at the top left corner) > Rewards upon completing your first deposit

Note:

• Crypto from internal transfers, crypto gifts and rewards don't count as deposit in this case.
• The Mystery Box can only be claimed on OKX App, which means if you don't log into the OKX app within 30 days of registration, you won't receive a Mystery Box, even if all other requirements are met.
  

General/Common Questions

1. Does the Mystery Box have an expiration date?

Yes, the mystery box must be claimed within 30 days upon receiving it or it will expire. For example: if you received a Mystery Box at 12am on 1st Mar, it will expire at 11:59pm on 30th Mar. You won't be able to claim it after it's expired.
 

2. How many Mystery Boxes can I get?

You can get 1 Mystery Box when you make your first deposit of at least $50.

3. What types of rewards are in the Mystery Box?

Each Mystery Box contains up to $10,000 worth of cryptos, including BTC, ETH, DOT, as well as rebate cards. The types of rewards may change from time to time.
 

4. What are rebate cards?

Rebate cards can be used to cover trading fees. When a trading fee is incurred and paid, OKX will deduct the equivalent amount from your rebate card and transfer it to your funding account the next day.
 

5. How do I check my crypto rewards from the Mystery Box?

Once you have claimed your Mystery Box, you can check the crypto rewards on OKX App > User Center (at the top left corner) > Rewards.

Terms & Conditions

1. Limit one (1) reward per recipient.
2. Sub-accounts will not be eligible to participate or receive any rewards.
3. Any and all applicable taxes and all fees and additional expenses, including connection, installation, and/or service costs, related to acceptance and use of the reward, will be the responsibility of the recipient.Hi
4. Rewards will be distributed immediately once you meet all the requirements and login to your OKX App within 30 days of registration.
5. If our risk control system detects any cheating behaviors, any actions taken to complete the first-time deposit will be deemed invalid. OKX will block, suspend, or terminate any accounts that have cheating behaviors.
6. OKX reserves the right to exclude any participants from this promotion and/or cancel this promotion without notice.
7. In the event of any discrepancy between the translations of this document and the English version, the English version will be considered the authoritative version.
