The interoperability narrative of Polkadot and Cosmos didn’t seem to play out. Wanting “countries” to be easily interoperable with each other is just naturally hard, especially if incentives are not aligned on the same core mission.
Cardano is now trying to be the interoperability layer as well. I do not forecast the chance of success to be high, not necessarily because of the tech. Again, because codes and incentives are just not aligned.
