After watching Sun's SRM Entertainment in 8K, I feel it's quite different from MicroStrategy and SBETH. I hope experienced folks can come and discuss:
0. $BTC and $ETH are decentralized, while $TRON has actual controllers;
1. MicroStrategy essentially buys BTC with real money from the capital market, helping everyone leverage; Sun's capital increase in SRM uses TRON tokens. This logic is not about leveraging but about asset accumulation, which is different from the previous x strategies.
2. Sun is currently increasing capital in SRM through PIPE, which involves convertible preferred shares and warrants. To convert into common stock and dilute, it needs approval from the shareholders' meeting if it exceeds a 20% dilution.
I wonder if there are any special conditions for the conversion; I understand this is quite important... If SRM shareholders are to lose money (aside from PVP), it should be due to this conversion condition.
Additionally, if Sun converts a large proportion and then cashes out, leaving TRX assets to the listed company's shareholders, he would have completed a legal exit...
@justinsuntron, let's see some vision and not rush into operations. First, accumulate more assets, make the company bigger and stronger to become the first stablecoin network stock, then distribute to the big funds. Distributing to us small investors is pointless; it's not enough for you to enjoy coconut chicken.
