美国加密立法进入关键期，市场结构与稳定币法案面临8月大限

PANews 5月26日消息，据Crypto In America报道，美国国会围绕加密市场结构与稳定币监管的立法进程进入冲刺阶段。众议院金融服务委员会主席French Hill宣布将于6月4日举行第二次完整听证会，并计划6月10日进行法案审议。特朗普总统设定的8月4日立法截止日期已不足70天，但业界对市场结构法案能否及时通过持怀疑态度。

与此同时，SEC加密工作组已与业界举行104场会议，持续推动监管路径探索，并与Ripple等项目就监管明确性及“安全港”机制展开沟通。稳定币立法方面，GENIUS法案可能在参议院通过后送交众议院再交总统签署，有望先于市场结构法案落地。

本周国会休会，部分亲加密议员与官员将出席在拉斯维加斯举办的比特币大会。会议将有包括副总统J.D. Vance、参议员Lummis与Hagerty、Michael Saylor及特朗普家族成员等登台发言。
