PANews 6月4日消息，SOL Strategies发布了2025年第二季度财报及5月企业更新。财报显示，截至2025年3月31日，公司半年收入约820万美元，同比增长186%；Q2收入约250万美元，而2024年同期为负6.7万美元。截至5月31日，公司持有39.5万枚SOL（约合6162万美元），其中大部分已参与质押。
5月，公司完成2000万美元可转债融资，用于收购12.25万枚SOL，并提交10亿美元的短期基础募资说明书。此外，公司与Superstate签署合作备忘录，探索基于Solana区块链的股权代币化解决方案，并与DigitalX达成战略质押合作。
公司还通过SOC 1、SOC 2和ISO 27001审计，巩固其合规与安全能力。截至5月31日，公司运营4个验证节点，服务5500+钱包，验证节点正常运行率达99.995%。CEO Leah Wald表示，公司将继续推动Solana生态系统的机构化发展。
此前消息，SOL Strategies提交初步招股说明书，拟发行最高价值10亿美元的证券。
