What is OKX DEX?

OKX Web3 Wallet's Market is an all-in-one platform for discovering popular tokens, analyzing data, and trading. It includes convenient features such as MemePump; Signal and Trending tokens, helping users discover onchain opportunities easily and quickly.

OKX Web3 Wallet's Trade is Web3's most comprehensive multichain and cross-chain trading aggregator. It aggregates liquidity from 30+ public blockchains, 25+ cross-chain bridges, and 400+ decentralized exchanges, covering over 300,000 crypto assets. Powered by OKX’s self-developed X Routing smart routing technology, a single trade can be intelligently split and executed across multiple DEXs at the same time to achieve the best available price with minimal slippage. The DEX module supports both same-chain and cross-chain swaps. Users can view real-time price comparisons, estimated gas fees, and slippage before confirming a transaction, without manually switching networks or interacting with individual DEX platforms. In addition, Trade provides practical tools such as intent-based trading mode, DEX Markets, limit orders, KYT screening, and MEV protection, offering you a comprehensive and convenient trading experience.

What exchange modes are supported on the OKX DEX app?

Swap mode

Swap mode supports market swaps, limit orders, smart order splitting, and intent-based trading, allowing users to perform more complex trading operations. Users can set slippage tolerance and trade at the best available price. This mode is suitable for users with some trading experience.

Stock mode

Stock mode aggregates stock tokens and provides a dedicated asset display and buy or sell entry point. Users can directly buy or sell stock tokens using supported quote tokens, making it easier to trade on-chain stock assets.

Bridge mode

Bridge (Cross-Chain) Mode allows users to transfer assets across different blockchain networks and supports asset swaps across multiple public chains. Users can select the source and destination networks, and the system will automatically choose the optimal route for the transfer. This mode is suitable for users who need to perform cross-chain transactions.

Copy trading mode

Copy trading mode can automatically copy trades from specified on-chain wallets. Users can customize how buy and sell trades are copied and filter trades using advanced criteria such as market capitalization, liquidity, and token creation time. Take-profit and stop-loss settings are also supported.

FAQs

After trading a token on DEX, can I view my transaction details?

Method 1: on the OKX Wallet App homepage, scroll down and select the relevant crypto and network, and you can view your transaction history, including the unit price and transaction amount for each trade.

Method 2: go to the DEX trading page, tap More and select Transactions to view your detailed trade history, including the unit price and transaction amount for each trade.

Why does OKX Wallet require token approval?

When using OKX DEX to perform a dex trade or a cross-chain bridge swap for a token for the first time, you need to approve the token contract first. A network fee will be charged for this approval. If you select Unlimited as the approved amount during the initial approval, no further approvals will be required for that token.

Native tokens don't require approval. After approving a token, if you need to switch to a different token for trading, you'll need to approve again.

What is Clipboard detection?

When enabled, OKX automatically detects token contract addresses copied to your clipboard and navigates to the token details page. Clipboard data is processed on-device and never stored or shared.

By enabling this feature, you agree that OKX may read your clipboard content while the app is in use. OKX is not liable for any loss arising from third-party content on your clipboard. You can enable or disable this feature at any time on the DEX trading page in the OKX Wallet app by tapping More (three dots) at the top of the page.
