应用场景：1.供应链金融，“京东平台商家”在上下游结算时使用稳定币来提高效率，同时可以为商家提供基于稳定币的融资、保理服务。2.跨境支付，通过直接获客与非直接获客（例如与合规批发商合作）方式拓展用户。3.投资交易，与全球合规交易所合作，将京东稳定币上线至不同地区。4.零售支付，用户可以在京东港澳站自营的电商场景中使用稳定币购物。
整体时间线：2023年底香港制定稳定币监管框架 → 2024年7月京东进入沙盒试点 → 2025年5月香港立法会通过《稳定币条例》 → 2025年5月京东稳定币完成多轮测试，进入自我测试第二阶段→今年第四季度初获发牌照，并同时推出京东稳定币。
官方介绍京东稳定币是基于公链，虽然没公布是哪条链，外界普遍猜测会选择以太坊，或者自研的可监管联盟链升级版。
