看完了孙哥SRM Entertainment的8K，感觉还是和微策略以及SBETH很不一样的。希望有经验的哥们姐们来探讨：
0. $BTC $ETH 都是去中心化的，而 $TRON 是有实控人的；
1. 微策略本质是跟资本市场融真钱买BTC，帮大伙上杠杆；孙哥增资SRM用的是波场代币。这个逻辑不是上杠杆逻辑，而是装资产的逻辑，和之前的x策略都不一样。
2. 孙哥现在PIPE增资SRM，是可转换的优先股，以及warrant。想要转换成普通股稀释、浇给大伙，（超过20%稀释的情况下）还需要经过股东大会的批准同意让他转换。
转换不知道有没有特别的条件，我理解这个挺重要的...如果srm股东要亏钱（除了pvp），应该就是亏在这个转换条件上。
另外孙哥如果大比例转换然后浇给套现，把TRX资产留给上市公司股东，就完成了一次合法出金...
@justinsuntron 来点格局啊 别急着操作。先多装点资产进来，先把公司做大做强弄成稳定币网络第一股，再浇给大基金。浇我们小散没意思，不够你吃椰子鸡的。
