I think the magic number around $250k for most people in the world, imagine you put that in USDC into @humafinance defi platform, then you earn an average of 10% per year, that would be around $2k per month that would be enough for food + an apartment in most cities around the world for 1 person.
above that it mostly comes down to luxuries, family etc and in this case those 2k would be a good foundation to build on top of.
