Symbiotic launched "Relay" to enable cross-chain secure staking

PANews reported on June 3 that according to CoinDesk, the staking protocol Symbiotic launched the Relay Software Development Kit (SDK), which allows developers to pledge assets on Ethereum and verify the staking status on any blockchain. Relay, as a generic version of Symbiotic's restaking technology, supports the construction of a security coordination layer for cross-chain decentralized applications.

Algys Ievlev, co-founder of Symbiotic, said the technology solves the long-standing security verification challenges faced by developers of multi-chain protocols without relying on trusted relayers or custom infrastructure. By connecting to the Symbiotic network, Relay enables developers to configure cross-chain verification mechanisms and support the construction of bridges, oracles, and other applications secured by real equity. This technology is expected to become a new standard for cross-chain protocol coordination, ensuring security and reducing development complexity.
