GFO-X, a regulated crypto derivatives platform, officially launched operations in the UK

ChainCatcher News: According to Decrypt, GFO-X, a cryptocurrency derivatives trading platform authorized by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) in the United Kingdom, has officially launched in the United Kingdom, providing centrally cleared Bitcoin futures and options trading services. The platform is designed to meet the needs of the 90% of institutional investors who are currently unable to participate in the digital asset space due to regulatory or market structure issues.

Arnab Sen, CEO of GFO-X, revealed that dozens of tier-1 institutions and banks, including Nomura Securities, are in the onboarding process, and the platform has completed the first institutional transaction between Virtu Financial and IMC.
