About CLARITYSECRulesDelayed

U.S. crypto policy is waiting on Congress and the SEC. CLARITY cleared the Senate Banking Committee, but a full vote is expected in September. The SEC postponed a meeting on crypto investment-contract offerings, fundraising exemptions, safe harbors and tokenized securities, leaving the tokenization innovation exemption unresolved. Markets expected SEC guidance before legislation, but rulemaking is slowing too. U.S. market structure, token issuance and tokenized-securities pilots stay unclear.

Congress is stuck on the CLARITY Act, so the SEC decides to take matters into its own hands: Crypto regulation is bypassing the legislative deadlock

The CLARITY Act needs to pass. Not for the next green candle. But for the capital sitting on the sidelines, waiting for clear rules before it enters the market. Regulatory clarity could unlock a new wave of institutional capital into $BTC and $ETH . Give the industry certainty. Give capital a reason to move. Pass the bill. Unlock the capital.

Looking at the $BTC, $ETH and $SOL 4H charts together, the market still looks like it’s in a compression/range phase rather than a clean trend. $BTC BTC is around $63.4K and has failed to reclaim the higher moving averages. Support: $63K → $62.85K Resistance: $64.15K → $64.25K → $64.9K 4H MA5/10 are sitting above price, while the MA30 is considerably higher around $64K. RSI is below 50, showing that momentum is still weak. The important thing: $62.85K has held so far. $BTC looks neutral-to-bearish until it reclaims $64K+. A clean break below $62.85K would make the structure considerably weaker. But if buyers defend $63K and reclaim $64.15K, we could see a squeeze back toward $64.9K–$65.4K. $ETH $ETH is around $1,885, sitting right around its short-term MAs but still below the 30MA near $1,894. Support: $1,873 → $1,854 Resistance: $1,895 → $1,919 → $1,938 Momentum is basically neutral. The repeated defense around $1,873 is important. $ETH needs $1,895–$1,900 back before I would call the recovery convincing. Lose $1,873 and $1,854 becomes the obvious downside area. $SOL $SOL is around $75.93, almost perfectly sitting on its MA5/MA10, while the MA30 is only slightly higher at ~$76.21. Support: $75.60 → $75.10 Resistance: $76.20 → $76.80 → $77.76 RSI is around the middle rather than deeply oversold. Volume has cooled considerably. SOL is currently consolidating rather than breaking down. A reclaim of $76.20–$76.80 could bring the $77.76 high back into play. Lose $75.60 and the setup becomes much less attractive. I don't see a high-conviction directional move yet. My base case is more chop/compression first, with BTC setting the tone: BTC holds $62.85K → range/recovery attempt → $64K+ becomes the trigger. If BTC breaks $62.85K decisively, I'd expect ETH and SOL to follow lower. If BTC reclaims $64K–$64.2K with volume, that's where I'd become much more interested in a broader altcoin recovery.

SEC Moves Ahead of CLARITY The SEC is no longer waiting for the CLARITY Act and is advancing a new crypto regulatory framework, including proposed exemptions to make fundraising easier for blockchain projects. Meanwhile, the U.S. Senate has postponed the CLARITY Act until September. While this supports long-term regulatory clarity, legal uncertainty still keeps investors cautious. For now, $BTC and $ETH remain the preferred institutional assets. #SECActsAsCLARITYWaits #CPIPPIEaseFedSplit

Citi CEO Jane Fraser says the CLARITY Act’s stablecoin reward rules could pull deposits from smaller banks and weaken their ability to lend in communities underserved by both large banks and crypto. She still supports passing a good bill, so this is not a rejection of crypto regulation. It is a warning about how rewards are structured. My take: the real fight is over who earns the return on digital dollars and who continues funding local credit. Stablecoin rewards can force banks to compete, which is healthy. But if passive balances start functioning like deposits without equivalent protections, regulators have a real gap to solve. For crypto, the final wording matters more than the warning itself. It could reshape platform and issuer economics without stopping stablecoin demand. $BTC $ETH $OKB #CPIPPIEaseFedSplit #AIInfraEarningsWatch #SpaceX99%ValueFromAI

#SECActsAsCLARITYWaits $BTC The SEC is making new moves regarding crypto while the CLARITY Act remains stalled. The SEC plans to consider a dedicated regulatory framework for crypto offerings, even as the CLARITY Act continues to face delays in the U.S. Congress. → The SEC is proactively developing a regulatory framework → Congress has yet to finalize the CLARITY Act → The jurisdictional boundaries between the SEC and the CFTC remain a major issue

BREAKING: Republicans back US banks’ push to restrict stablecoin yield under the CLARITY Act. Several Republican senators who represent rural communities that rely heavily on local banks for loans are now supporting the banks. They argue stablecoin rewards could drain deposits needed for farm, home and small-business loans. This now puts the CLARITY Act’s crucial 60-vote threshold in September at risk. $BTC

#CLARITYVotePushedToSep # CLARITY Vote Pushed to September: Crypto Regulation Stays in Focus The **#CLARITYVotePushedToSep** narrative highlights continued uncertainty around U.S. cryptocurrency legislation as lawmakers work through negotiations and procedural hurdles. A delayed vote keeps investors and crypto businesses waiting for clearer rules governing digital assets and market oversight. The CLARITY framework is closely watched because regulatory definitions can influence how different cryptocurrencies are classified and which agencies oversee various parts of the market. Greater clarity could potentially reduce uncertainty for exchanges, token issuers, developers, and institutional investors. For crypto markets, the implications could extend across **$BTC**, **$ETH**, **$SOL**, and other major assets. A clearer regulatory framework could encourage institutional participation and make it easier for businesses to plan long-term investments. However, the actual impact will depend on the final legislation and its specific provisions. A September vote should be viewed as a potential milestone rather than a guaranteed conclusion. Legislative negotiations can continue changing timelines and language before lawmakers reach a final decision. For traders following **#CLARITYVotePushedToSep**, the most important signals are official congressional updates, proposed amendments, committee activity, and statements from relevant regulators. The market reaction will also depend on what has already been priced in. If investors have already anticipated a favorable outcome, the actual vote may produce a smaller reaction than expected. Conversely, further delays or unexpected changes could increase uncertainty. Ultimately, **#CLARITYVotePushedToSep** represents another step in the ongoing effort to establish a clearer U.S. regulatory framework for digital assets. **$BTC $ETH $SOL $XRP** **#CLARITYVotePushedToSep #Crypto #Regulation #Bitcoin #Ethereum**

🚨 US CRYPTO REGULATION UPDATE: CONGRESS STALLS AS THE SEC TAKES THE LEAD The long-awaited CLARITY Act (Digital Asset Market Clarity Act) has hit another roadblock. The bill passed the House and cleared committee, but the full Senate vote was delayed, with the next key date reportedly set for September 15. The setback has dramatically reduced the market’s expectations for passage this year, with Polymarket odds falling from around 82% to 21%. With Congress moving slowly, the SEC under Chair Paul Atkins is taking a more proactive approach through its proposed regulatory framework. The major shift? Instead of relying primarily on enforcement after the fact, the SEC is moving toward clearer rules, pathways and potential exemptions, giving crypto businesses more guidance on how to operate within the regulatory framework. However, there’s an important caveat. The August 14 action was only about whether to seek public comments, not the final implementation of new rules. Any formal regulatory changes could still take years, potentially pushing implementation toward 2027 or later. So the immediate market impact may remain limited. But the longer-term implication is significant: Regulatory clarity is gradually moving forward, even if Congress remains stuck. And from a market perspective, this could favor $BTC over many altcoins. Bitcoin already has a relatively established regulatory identity, while many altcoins still face uncertainty over whether they could be classified as securities or become targets of future enforcement. Short term: limited impact. Long term: potentially bullish for $BTC , while altcoins may continue facing a tougher regulatory environment. 👀 #CPIEasesHikeBets #AIInfraEarningsWatch
