The funding fees are a very high barrier.
In the learning from @Backpack and @Lighter_xyz,
I continue to discover.
The transaction fees vary greatly.
For example, the loss of the backpack in the image.
Opening a position with a nominal value of 100u, the fees + funding costs can reach as high as 0.8%-1%.
Whereas in Lighter, the fee is 0.
Two points of view:
1. It's true that exchanges are like money printers; as long as there are trades, the daily fees are enough to make the boss a billionaire.
So those with money will also be generous.
2. Gambling for a long time will lead to losses; a 1% loss means that after 100 trades, the profit and loss is 0, and the principal is gone—all spent on fees.
I really didn't expect the fees to be this high here, as I used to do very little high-frequency trading.
In our big A, the fees are only 0.01%, but here it's 0.1%.
It's really a hot commodity.
