🇷🇺 HUGE: Russia’s largest stock exchange plans to open Bitcoin trading to retail investors for the FIRST time.
The US-sanctioned Moscow Exchange is targeting December 1 to launch $BTC, $ETH and $USDT trading, after offering crypto futures only to qualified investors until now.
Retail buyers face a 300,000 ruble yearly cap per broker, about $3,600, and must pass a test first.
VTB says it expects to open crypto trading to a broad range of investors from November.
