EUROPE’S STABLECOIN CLOCK IS TICKING.
ESMA has given national regulators three months to resolve legacy exposure to non-MiCA-compliant stablecoins.
New buying and trading access should stop. Limited withdrawals and conversions may continue.
$USDT is a prominent example, although ESMA named no specific tokens.
This isn’t a depeg warning. It’s a market-access deadline.
